I’ve written a blog post pretty much everyday for the past 3 and a bit years. There’s a whole range of things I’ve written about and everything is easily accessible via the ‘Archive’ section. That’s at the top left of this page – just select a month and you can read everything I wrote for that month.
Dave, a regular reader, mentioned he couldn’t see where to go for the archives – so I figured plenty of other people wouldn’t have seen the archives. Here’s directions!
Cheers
Domo arigato, brendon-san. For some reason not long ago the drop down appeared not to be working … or my brain wasn’t … but now the dropdown, at least, is working spendily
Thanks for the heads up Dave.
We’re changing a few things on the blog at present (i.e. so that every new post has the title tag of the heading) – that may have been the cause.
Cheers
Brendon
I think you need javascript enabled for that to function.
Nagita, you are absolutely right – without javascript enabled, that dropdown won’t take you anywhere.
Given the target audience of this blog, we figure thats acceptable.
Cheers,
Anthony
I’ve found on my own site that only 3% of visitors have JS disabled.
Just out of curiosity… what’s the statistic on the Tailored site?
Hi Brendon,
Just a suggestion. If you need to show your readers where your blog archives are located using a screenshot, don’t you think it might be a good idea to find a better way to feature them by design?
Some color heading might help or maybe change their location – what about just under the search box?
Just my 2 cents.
Karine
Thanks Tom
On this site 1.06% have java scripted off.
And hello Karine. Hope you’re well.
That’s a good point – the whole site needs a bit of a revamp I think.
Might take a look at some options.
Thanks
Brendon
